Shipping Policy can ship to any address in the world. Shipping rates includes handling charges.
Orders placed before 1PM EST will ship on the SAME BUSINESS DAY.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
Any order placed after 1 PM EST or on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped the next business day.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The customer has to pay the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipping address; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 1. Items that are Not Returnable:
Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling cannot be return. If the customer returns a damaged book, the customer is subjected to no or partial refund. The refund is based damages and the customer must accept any kind of refund.
2. Partial Return-Refunds:
Customers who are willing to return a part of their orders are subjected to partial refund. The refunded amount will be include the cost price of the returned item – damages cost if any. The partial refund is based on the condition of the returned item.
3. Orders Returned After 14 Days
Items that are returned after 14 days ago will receive only a partial refund if you do choose to return it. If you still wish to return it, ship the order to:

4. Exchanging A Damaged or Incorrect Item
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by calling or email us. Customer representative will guide you within the next 24 business hours. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
If the error is due to our mishandling, is responsible for the return shipping.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once we arrive the items. We will email you the completed returns and refunds summary once the process is completed.
